Got an iPod touch 8gb for christmas!!
Went to SITEX yesterday to drool over electronics and gadgets. Its an absolute geek's dream, which means I was kinda living my dream yesterday. Spent some time playing around with the many, many laptops, much to the amusement of the salespeople.
Yes, I admit i didn't have the buying power.
Went to the epicentre booth and almost bought a pink iPod nano, but in the end PP decided that the iPod touch was more worth it.
I walked out of SITEX with a bag of free accessories for iPod. $87 worth of freebies, to be exact. I wonder how this people make money. I got a free screen protector, free earphones, free silicon case, free smartwrap (for those pesky earphone cords) and a free wall charger.
Right now, I'm flapping my arms in excitement and wondering why I didn't get an iPod sooner. I dream of playing TapTapRevenge2 in my sleep.
iPod touch. heh. :D

pen story
I think youtube has a lot of interesting vids. Haven't being blogging recently because I was too caught up being bored. According to the description, it's a stop motion film created with 9600 prints, and 1800 shots.
To those who don't know what stop motion is, you have probably been living inside a shell (go google). Its arduous and tiring, but the end results are pretty cool.
Gah. Don't you feel inspired? We should have more of this kind of creative advertisements.

hp invent
Everything you see was actually printed, no fancy editing anywhere. I think. and hope.
A waste of paper and ink, but truly innovative.
AMAZING. love it.

watching grass grow
Facebook gives me the motivation to stay awake and not sleep so early.
I having been watching grass grow on country story for the last 1 hour. OK maybe not grass, but purple radish. I am determined not to let anyone on CS with itchy fingers steal my crops.
It's a tranquil and blah-ish experience.
My vocabulary is painfully limited. I know.
Blah is a good goofy word.
-----------------------------------
Summing up today in 10 words
EXERCISE IMAGINATION
1) toothpaste
2) rehearsal
3) costume
4) stupid
5) bus
6) tired
7) sad
8) heavy
9) lasagna
10)cockroach
Note: Not necessarily in chronological order.

my christmas wishlist
It's November. How time flies.
Christmas 2009 is just around the corner, so time for another wishlist! I know gifts and presents aren't the main focus of Christmas in the religious POV, but it adds to the cheery festive mood during the holiday season that all can enjoy.
A wise old quote from the Bible: It's more blessed to give than to receive.
So don't be a scrooge and stop hoarding your precious pocket money for ridiculous items like posters and photos of your beloved Korean idols (you can print them yourself btw). Sheesh.
Christmas shopping for idiots
1) Never buy photo frames. Frankly, they just take up valuable space in your cupboard for the next 10 years or so.
2) Buy things that you think the recipient will like, not things that you like.
3) Daiso, if all else fails. Don't just buy for the sake of having something to give though.
4) Books always work. Most bookstores like borders usually have some good deals.
5) Book vouchers or cards with stored values. I think GV used to sell cards with stored value that you could use to buy tickets, don't know if they still have them.
Seems like i forgot about my wishlist. Maybe next time.
